Free Copy of RoboForm
As you may or may not know, a copy of RoboForm is included in the prize lot for the KwikStart MMO contest.
Manage Your Passwords
RoboForm is a neat little password manager application that integrates right into your browser. It has one master password that you must enter after your computer has been idle for awhile to prevent anyone other than yourself from accessing your password list. All of the entries can be neatly organized into folders and upon clicking on an entry it will surf to the web site (like a bookmark) but it will also fill in the authentication details and click the submit button. Simple as that! It’s like speed dial on your phone, but better.
Fill Large Web Forms
There are a couple extra features that I only just started to use. It is worth the money for just the password management part alone but I have recently started using the form filler feature more often. It’s somewhat the same as the password manager feature except it has different applications. For me, if I am doing the dreaded task of submitting my web site to various directories, I will use RoboForm to save the data that I want to enter into the forms. I save about 4 different varieties of the data. Then when I am about to enter the data for the directory I choose one of the varieties and click the button and it will be filled in for me. You can have it click Submit too but in this case I just fill because there is often the CAPTCHA field that will always be unique.
Try It Free! Try It 2 Go!
That’s it! It’s a great tool, appropriately priced and a huge time saver. You can
try it free to see if you like it.
There are some other apps at RoboForm.com that I haven’t tried…like RoboForm2Go…picture all of the above but on a USB key so your passwords can travel with you from computer to computer!

This application is pure gold. I have used it for nearly a year now. I can’t live without it. My own issue, which i have a support ticket in now for is, its incompatibility with firefox 3. Something i am sure they will fix shortly.
