I first heard of Atnio in the post Combine the Powers of MSN, Google, and Yahoo! on JohnChow.com. Atnio is a meta search engine which offers the ability to "search more of the web in less time and do it with only one click" (their words) by combining results from multiple search engines.

Similar to the ads you see next to Google search results, Atnio is currently offering a free 60 day trial to display ads on their site. No credit card is required to setup the free trial either which should definitely increase signups. It only takes a couple of minutes to create your ad so it's worth a shot. You can't seem to target your ads to a particular country though but it doesn't much matter because you don't pay for clicks or impressions. You pay a flat monthly fee and you are allowed up to 8 keywords.

Atnio also indicates the top searches for all of their search categories....web, news, image and video searches.
So check them out. I placed a couple ads the other day but so far nothing came of it. There aren't any stats so I don't really know if the ads have been viewed. I'm not sure if there is a limit to the number of ads that can be created for the free trial so I'm going to throw up a couple more and maybe try to target some of the top searches.
