The Bidz.com Online Jewelry Auctions Project with USFreeAds

Promote Jewelry Auction at Bidz.com

Offer: Bidz.com Online Jewelry Auctions (landing page will open in new window)
Ad Network: Never Blue Ads
Promotion Types: Web, Email, Search, Downloadable Software (DLS)
Country: United States, Canada
Payout: pays $6.00 per lead for filling out a quick simple registration form

Nice payout for a quick registration form being filled out. The creatives state that they auction jewelery and gifts at 95% off and some auctions start at $1. This offer is perfect timing for Valentine’s Day. I like how the offer is available for the US as well as Canada and that all promotion types are allowed.

In this post I’ll describe how I would promote this offer using USFreeAds. If you haven’t already read the post describing how flexible USFreeAds is for affiliate promotion and how to go about setting up an account, please click here to check out that post. It gives you a quick run down of the features of USFreeAds and how to setup your first ad.

Also, have a look at the Keyword Research page if you haven’t already done so. It explains how I go about getting keywords that I use and the free tools that I use to get them.

Main keyword to optimize ad for: silver jewelry sets
I chose “silver jewelry sets” to optimize the ad because there wasn’t a tremendous amount of competition for it. Granted, the traffic wasn’t the best and with a little more digging I probably could have come up with something better. I would optimize the ad with some other “silver jewelry” containing keywords too as well as some related terms that I can find. I checked out the Bidz.com web site to be certain they did in fact have a category for silver jewelry before settling on that keyword.

Related terms to jewelry that Google may like to see in your content:

  • gold
  • diamond
  • rings
  • silver

Related terms to silver jewelry:

  • sterling silver jewelry
  • silver (by itself)
  • jewelry silver

Be sure to use the related terms above if they make sense to the ad you are writing.

Also, when promoting your ad you may want to add the URL for your ad to any related Social Bookmarking sites as discussed on the Social Media page. Include your main keyword as the linking title if you are able to.

If you plan to promote it with a CPC campaign, don’t forget to include common misspellings (did I spell that right?). Jewelry is often misspelled as jewellery.

A silver jewelry adgroup may contain the following keywords:

  • sterling silver jewelry
  • silver jewelry
  • mens silver jewelry
  • silver jewelry sets
  • silver jewelry gifts
  • sterling silver jewellery
  • silver jewellery
  • mens silver jewellery
  • silver jewellery sets
  • silver jewellery gifts

Create as many ads as you want. Remember there is no limit to the number of ads that you can create at USFreeAds. You can create ads with an optimized keyword that represents every category in the jewelry section at Bidz.com. And, people will still be on the lookout for low priced jewelry at auctions even after Valentine’s Day is over so this isn’t just a seasonal thing.

So, open up an account at Never Blue Ads, setup your account at USFreeAds and have a look at what you will be promoting.

Best of luck. If you would like to share any experiences with this feel free to send me a message using the contact form.
