I’m not familiar enough with this option to provide any real help at the moment.. it worked for me.. I guess, just try again from scratch, maybe on a different blog for testing..

and thanks for bringing this my attention, I wrote a review post about SK yesterday and wasn’t aware of this option..

I did create new author, i did enable XML-RPC – nothing worked, it still says cannot login.

You turn on XML-RPC under Settings->Writing?

OK, I just looked at my SK account and didn’t see that as an option.. then I created a new account to see if maybe things have changed and I didn’t get the memo :) but still, the only option is with the binary file. I know that AMA goes the XML RPC route and have had no problems with them. Sorry I can’t be of more assistance.

Oh sorry, I didn’t realize that SK had that option. Let me look into it.
