So, what's the deal with Syndicate Kahuna? Here's a quick rundown of how it works and what it does...
First off, people pay to submit articles to the SK network. Why would they pay? Well, for just one article, they could end up with a few hundred backlinks to their blog or web site slowly over a few months time. Here's how...
1) You write an article (400+ words is probably best)
2) You "spin" the article...
Spinning an article involves creating alternate sentences or paragraphs, which the SK system will mix and match, generating unique articles. You can also mix in lists and videos. In my experience they are often 75% or more unique. I've read that 30% uniqueness would be all that you need to be considered "unique" to search engines.
3) You sprinkle in some links with your anchor text (or varying anchor text). Depending on the length of your article you can have up to 3 links.

How Does The SK System Decide Where To Publish The Articles?
Now...all those unique articles won't do much good unless they have somewhere to be published. Well, the "content receiving" part of the service is free although they could probably charge for it as well. But of course, the more people to create blogs to host this content, the more valuable the paid service is.
So, you have a blog devoted to a certain niche.... here are the steps to get free blog content...
1) Sign up to SK for free
2) Upload the SK communication file to your server so that it can securely communicate with your blog via XML RPC.
3) Choose the categories where the content you are looking for will likely reside.
4) Rename the categories to match the categories on your blog (otherwise SK will create new categories on your blog)
5) Type in the keywords you want SK to look into the articles for.
6) Choose how many posts per day (up to 10) and whether you want them to post automatically or not.
That's it. Assuming there are articles matching your keywords in the categories you chose, you will start to see new content being added to your blog.
I am both an active paid member and free member of SK. It's one of the most solid, above board services I've seen in a long time. Aside from a very small number of kinks, SK runs smoothly and is constantly being improved.
So, if you want quality, unique content automatically added to your blog for free, click here to join Syndicate Kahuna now.
Also, if you want to improve your search engine ranking for your chosen keywords, sign up for the paid portion of SK.

I tried to publish via XMLRPC service, but Syndicate Kahuna cannot log in to my blogs, no matter which blog and which version.

What seems to be the problem? If you are using the latest version of Wordpress and uploaded the file that they provide in “binary” mode, it should be cool… let me know if I could help..
there are other alternatives for free automated unique content

Hey Keith, as i said before, i didn’t go the script way, instead i used XMLRPC service of Syndicate Kahuna. It is when you give your blog login details to Syndicate Kahuna and it tries to login via this information in order to post articles.

Oh sorry, I didn’t realize that SK had that option. Let me look into it.

You can find it on welcome screen when you login to Syndicate Kahuna. Try this now and let me know if it works for you.
Thanks

OK, I just looked at my SK account and didn’t see that as an option.. then I created a new account to see if maybe things have changed and I didn’t get the memo :) but still, the only option is with the binary file. I know that AMA goes the XML RPC route and have had no problems with them. Sorry I can’t be of more assistance.

Did you create a new Author (with publishing privileges)? I set one up, will see how it goes…
August 12th, 2009 at 4:10 pm
You turn on XML-RPC under Settings->Writing?
August 12th, 2009 at 4:20 pm
I did create new author, i did enable XML-RPC – nothing worked, it still says cannot login.

I’m not familiar enough with this option to provide any real help at the moment.. it worked for me.. I guess, just try again from scratch, maybe on a different blog for testing..
and thanks for bringing this my attention, I wrote a review post about SK yesterday and wasn’t aware of this option..
good luck
