I've been talking a lot lately about making money online with eBay. I personally use the eBay Partner Network to manage my eBay affiliate account and create new campaign ID's, etc. There is another choice though for managing your eBay affiliate program, and that's with the Pepperjam Network. I think it was some time near the end of May that PJN officially partnered with eBay. Maybe it's old news in the Internet Marketing world but perhaps some of you weren't aware.
High Commissions With eBay
The earning potential with eBay is phenomenal. You can make up to 75% of all the transactions and up to an additional $35 for every new active user you send. The magical "up to" is for really high volume. I'm not sure what percentage you get of the transaction fees for low volume but it's still really decent. For low volume referral of new customers to eBay, even just one, you get $25!
Compatible With phpBay and BANS
phpBay, the tool that will allow you to easily integrate eBay auctions into Wordpress posts and pages, is designed to be compatible with a variety of networks, including the Pepperjam Network. You simply choose the Pepperjam option from the dropdown (as shown below) and the plugin will generate the appropriate links automatically.
The Build A Niche Store app (BANS) has also been updated to support the PepperJam Network. It's not as seamless however. As some of you may know, there is a separate installation of BANS depending on the country's auctions you want to promote. Well, there's also a Pepperjam specific version that would need to be installed if BANS is the route that you want to go.
Deep Linking Into eBay With Pepperjam
Using phpBay or BANS is not the only way to make money with eBay auctions. Pepperjam also offers several text links and banners that you can use for promotion. PJN makes it really simple to link anywhere on the eBay web site that you want. You can swap out the URL from a text link or banner with the URL of your choice and a PJN trackable URL will be created that redirects to your desired location.

I knew about the pepperjam thing, but, I must say I’m pretty new to the phpbay software, it looks pretty interesting!
I like how it integrates with wordpress and that it’s not just a stand alone product that you have to link to. It’s definitely something I may have to check out in the future.

I just use any nice looking free theme I can find. I heard Limau Orange (I think it’s called) is supposed to be a good, easy to customize theme that works well for phpBay. I downloaded it but have yet to use it.
